VYou is a fun new way to share your insights with the world and learn more about others. In addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy that you agreed to when you created your account, all users must abide by the following Community Guidelines to keep VYou safe, fun and respectful of our many users:
Be Safe:
- Be mindful when disclosing personally identifiable information online. Don’t share anything you wouldn’t want to become public knowledge, unless you’re creating private responses.
- You are responsible for all content you post on the site. This includes information shared in your profile, video responses and messages that you send to other users.
Be Fun:
- Be creative with your messaging. Send insightful, specific messages that encourage thoughtful response.
- In your responses, address any specific issues, topics or questions mentioned in the original message.
- Don’t embed links to other sites in messages...they are no fun!
Be Respectful:
- Don’t post any content (video responses, profile pictures or messages) that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, libelous, racist, hateful, profane, contains nudity or other sexual references.
- Don’t bully, spam, harass or threaten other users.
- Don’t be vengeful. If you don’t appreciate a message, ignore it, block the sender, and move on.
Don’t Creep!
- Creepers are banned immediately.
- If you don’t know what “creeping” is, you’ll find out.
If you discover any content that does not follow these guidelines, please report it to us so we can investigate. Any user who fails to comply with the Community Guidelines or our Terms of Service may have their account permanently disabled.
